Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for digital products purchased on the Neocatalyst website.

1. Digital products are generally non-refundable

Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon successful payment, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or accessed. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.

2. When a refund may be available

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• The download link failed and our support team was unable to resolve access within a reasonable time.
• The file you received was corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from what was described on the product page.
• A payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed on our end.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@neocatalyst.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order reference, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for supporting details (such as a screenshot of the error) to process your request faster.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this can take 5–10 business days to reflect after approval.
