Neocatalyst sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping involved in any purchase made on this website.
All products are delivered electronically. Once your payment is successfully verified through Razorpay, you will receive an order confirmation email with a secure link to download your product directly from our website.
Delivery is instant in most cases. Your download link is generated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed. In rare cases of a delay on our payment provider's end, delivery may take up to a few hours; if you haven't received your download link within 24 hours, please contact us.
You can also access your past purchases and download links anytime by signing in and visiting My Digital Products. Download links may be time-limited or capped to a maximum number of downloads for security reasons — details are included in your order confirmation email.
Since nothing is physically shipped, there are no shipping charges, carriers, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses involved in any order.
If you don't receive your confirmation email, can't access your download link, or run into any technical issue, email us at hello@neocatalyst.com with your order reference and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
