These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Neocatalyst website (the "Site") and any digital products you purchase through it. By browsing the Site or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Neocatalyst ("we", "us", "our") is a performance marketing and growth consultancy based in Kochi, Kerala, India. You can reach us at hello@neocatalyst.com for any questions about these Terms.
We sell downloadable digital products (guides, templates, and similar resources) described on the Site. Product descriptions, previews, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Digital products are licensed, not sold, to you for your own personal or internal business use. Unless a product explicitly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repurpose a digital product, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
All payments on the Site are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking details on our servers. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned separately.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified. You will receive an email confirmation with access to your download once your payment clears.
Digital products are delivered electronically through a secure download link, as described in our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your purchase within the access window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, and the digital products themselves — is owned by Neocatalyst or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupting its operation, uploading harmful code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment processing, fonts, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
The Site and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Neocatalyst will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or a digital product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
